This is a way to minimise any expensive legal bills you may face if you lose.
Please note. You may NOT be able to purchase this insurance as Insurance companies take into account your chances of winning before they offer you a policy.
Your chances of winning will also affect the amount you pay for this policy
25.05.2006 - 10:48hNo win no fee agreementsOtherwise known as CFA's Conditional fee agreements often give the consumer the idea that "win or lose" they will not have to pay anything. This is not the case.
If you lose your case you WILL NOT have pay your solicitors fees but normally you WILL have to pay your opponents costs.
If you win you should be able to get the majority of your costs back from the opponents side.

We are not giving advice, but making you aware of some the types of issues you may want to think about.
We intend that this will be used to promote understanding for the consumer.
From time to time we will ask our advertisers to present their thoughts. This will always be highlighted to the consumer
